Voice & Influence

The Voice & Influence project provides opportunities for staff and pupils in Southend schools to have a stronger voice and more influence over the developments and services they receive. This is achieved initially by focussing on pupil voice in schools particularly the role of school councils. CPD is offered to school staff and the co-ordinator also provides advice, guidance and support. A network group meets to share good practise on issues of pupil voice.
