Scollar Associates is an entirely new concept in bespoke Management and Education consultancy. The Associates are a group of experts who have come together to provide high calibre services in an excellent not-for-profit way. Scollar Associates is the trading arm of a very successful charity, Southend Education Trust. They do not operate like other commercial companies in that they have no shareholders or a need to generate dividends for them. Any funds generated by Scollar Associates can only be used by the Trust in the fulfilment of the charity’s aims and for the good of the community.

They have a personal commitment to ensuring that you get the expert support you need. They aim to give you: choice, specialist knowledge and skills, experience and expertise. Often this is across services that are hard to recruit to or have entrenched difficulties. They work across all the boundaries of public, private, business and the voluntary sectors. Scollar Associates prides itself on being up to date with new legislation, local and national government, health, education, human resources and regeneration.

All of the Associates have established and successful careers, many at the most senior levels.
