Primary School

This is a legacy to the Excellence Cluster. It involves top slicing the Excellence Cluster Grant and making funds available to the 28 schools that were previously Excellence Cluster schools for them to spend on inclusion projects in line with service level agreements to enable them to enhance Teaching and Learning. The rest of the grant is divided and passed on to all Southend schools.
